内部搭配十字骨架隔离四对双绞信号线，有效降低线间串扰；线芯绝缘层采用 PE 材质，外层依次包覆透明缠绕膜、进口铝箔屏蔽层、镀锡铜编织网，双层复合屏蔽结构，强力隔绝变频器、伺服电机产生的电磁干扰，图像传输无丢包、无延迟。

English Description
This ultra-thin industrial network cable has two main specifications: Cat6a 28AWG and Cat7 32AWG, with optional outer diameters of 5.2mm / 2.8mm. It supports Gigabit and 10-Gigabit high-speed data transmission, specially designed for drag chain mobile wiring of machine vision and industrial automation equipment.
A cross filler separates four pairs of twisted signal wires inside to effectively reduce crosstalk between cores. The wire core insulation layer is made of PE material, and the outer layers are covered with transparent wrapping film, imported aluminum foil shielding layer and tinned copper braided mesh in sequence. The double-layer composite shielding structure strongly isolates electromagnetic interference generated by inverters and servo motors, realizing packet-loss-free and low-latency image transmission.
The outer jacket is made of flame-retardant PVC with soft and wear-resistant features. The ultra-fine multi-strand tinned copper conductors of 28AWG and 32AWG have small bending radius and can withstand tens of thousands of reciprocating drag chain bends, ideal for compact wiring of narrow and embedded equipment.
Standard lengths of Cat6a 28AWG and Cat7 32AWG cables are in stock. Custom outer diameters, jacket colors and reinforced high-flex drag chain versions are available.
