本款 IDC 牛角排线采用标准牛角 IDC 刺破式接头，分为 10 芯、20 芯、30 芯、64 芯多规格可选，支持单端、双端对接方案，广泛用于 PLC 控制柜通讯、工业控制板卡信号传输、仪器设备内部信号连接。
线材采用多色分线设计，橙、白、黄、粉区分线芯，接线检修辨识度高；内部信号芯线做分组双绞处理，搭配整体屏蔽层，有效抵御变频器、伺服电机电磁干扰，保障微弱控制信号稳定传输，无信号错乱、丢脉冲问题。

English Description
This IDC flat ribbon cable is equipped with standard IDC insulation displacement connectors, available in multiple specifications including 10-core, 20-core, 30-core and 64-core, supporting single-end and double-end connection schemes. It is widely applied for PLC cabinet communication, signal transmission of industrial control boards and internal signal wiring of testing instruments.
The cable adopts multi-color wire separation design with orange, white, yellow and pink cores for high recognition during wiring and maintenance. Inner signal wires are grouped and twisted, matched with overall shielding layer to effectively resist electromagnetic interference from inverters and servo motors, ensuring stable transmission of weak control signals without signal disorder or pulse loss.
The black IDC connector adopts snap locking design. The insulation displacement terminals require no soldering, featuring fast and firm crimping that prevents wire shedding and breakage. The outer wear-resistant insulating jacket is reinforced with heat-shrink tubes at cable roots to avoid cracking under bending and pulling.
Standard lengths of 10/20/30/64-core cables are in stock. Custom lengths, single/double-end cables and high-flex drag chain versions are available, as well as non-standard core counts.
